NOTE: Players looking to improve their skills are encouraged to use the following training regiment on their own time. This regiment functions as both a workout and a way to improve soccer touch. Additionally, if you are looking to improve your touch and you have no one to train with, you can make up years of lost time by simply grabbing a ball, finding a wall, and hitting the ball against that wall for an hour a day. This helps you work on making various kinds of contact with the ball, settling the ball, turning, etc. One of the very best ways to improve at soccer is to simply get as many touches with a ball as possible.
